Tristen is originally from Southern California. He traveled abroad for many years and remains an active member of the entertainment world. He is passionate and deeply driven to the care of others and the protection of animals. He actively volunteers for or sponsors many nonprofit organizations and a fervent collector of ancient antiquity.
Tristen brings a wealth of personal experience and guidance for the development of building custom homes or commercial concepts and handling all aspects of residential real estate acquisitions. His knowledge expands to the regions of Los Cabos, East Cape and the Pacific side. Connecting the dots for an ever-growing number of specialized buyers and sellers, he is always willing to stop whatever he is doing to give an individual with curiosity or questions the time they need to fully understand every level of the present and future of buying, selling, monetizing, or capitalizing on investment income.
When Tristen is not working, he is actively immersed in any of the many activities in all areas of the capes – from wellness retreats to art indulgence to endless water sports. He enjoys the most enduring moments in the company of friends and family, smiling and filled with immense gratitude.
