Rosie brings an abundance of knowledge and expertise to the luxury rental market in Los Cabos. Originally from La Paz, BCS, she obtained a degree in Tourism Development and has since traveled extensively throughout North America, including Canada and the US. Living abroad has allowed Rosie to broaden her horizons, learn English, and gain valuable insights into different cultures, which she applies to her daily work in real estate.

After settling in Los Cabos in 2014, Rosie honed her skills in Sales and Operations Management, first in the hotel industry and later in real estate. Her natural progression in customer service and hospitality led her to specialize in real estate property management and vacation rentals. In recent years, she has focused on the high-end luxury market, providing top-notch service and attention to detail that sets her apart from others.

As part of the Laidback Luxury team, Rosie is dedicated to providing exceptional service to her clients. She understands the importance of personalized attention and takes the time to get to know each client’s unique needs and preferences. Netto is our Executive Administrator and a multi generational native of Cabo San Lucas, BCS with a diverse cultural upbringing. Having spent his formative years in both the southwestern United States and the vibrant surroundings of Los Cabos, he possesses a natural ability to adapt to various cultures, languages and environments. This adaptability has played a significant role in shaping his professional journey.

Netto’s tenure in Los Cabos coincided with the significant growth of sales-oriented businesses in the region. His firsthand experience, combined with his exposure to the burgeoning real estate industry in the area, has given him a well-rounded perspective. During his younger years, he developed a deep passion for extreme water sports, which provided him with a unique opportunity to work within the water sports industry, but ultimately settled on an administrative career. While Netto initially pursued higher education in External Commerce and law, he eventually transitioned into administrative roles throughout his career. Recognizing the importance of continuous learning and personal growth, he has actively sought opportunities to expand his knowledge in various areas. This commitment to self-improvement has enabled him to take on responsibilities within different departments at Laidback Luxury.

As an executive administrator, Netto plays a pivotal role in ensuring that Laidback Luxury operates at the highest level of service that their clients deserve.
